A traditional hearty sourdough loaf, full of flavour. Hand made in Hurst. 

Ingredients:

• 70% wholemeal flour, 30% white flour
  
• Water
• Salt
• Natural yeast
• 24 hours of careful fermentation

Full loaf weighs approx. 800g; a half approx. 400g
