Initially we're only selling bread by subscription. The way this works is you prepay for a certain number of weeks, then each week your bread is baked for you on the day of your choosing (Tuesday or Friday).
The more you prepay the more discount you get! On top of that there's another 10% off all subscriptions started before February 2026. If you apply ALL the discounts, you are paying only £3.95 for per loaf!
Even though subscriptions renew automatically, you can cancel them any time before the next payment. The minimum commitment is only 4 weeks, so it's very low risk to try it out and see if a Jack's Bread subscription works for you.
The reason for the subscription model is because it allows us to plan ahead, making best use of our production facilities and ensuring we're not over and under baking bread (avoiding waste & disappointment). And not only does it provide you a reliable supply of fresh local bread, but it simultaneously provides a small business with the reliable income stream it needs to grow. If you want a neighbourhood bakery one day, this could be your best chance!
