History
The Crundt ™ was invented by Jack and his partner Emily on the 8th of November 2025.
Having found themselves with leftover croissant dough scraps and needing something to bake them in they decided to try using a mini Bundt tin. This iconic tin is a ring-shaped cake mould that originates in Germany.
The mini version turns out to be an ideal container for stuffing full of croissant dough and other delicious flavourings.
The Crundt is unique to Jack's Bread - so right now Hurst is the only place in the WORLD you can buy this beautiful & delicious treat! 😄
